Exciting Paystation Upgrades!

Wash World Car Wash has been working to improve your wash experience by upgrading our paystation technology at all of our Wash World locations. While this will take a couple of months across all of our locations, it will allow you to wash at even more of our locations as part of your membership!
If you have been directed to this page, your Wash Club Membership will need to be transitioned to our new paystation system. We have created these step by step instructions to help you transition your membership with ease.

Step 1: You received a text message to the phone number registered to your Wash Club Membership that prompted you to visit this webpage.
Step 2: Download the following app for the new paystation system if you wish to begin a Wash Club Membership on the new platform: App Download HERE
Step 3: Open the new App you just downloaded
Step 4: Select "Sign Up"
Step 5: Enter all of the requested information (making sure to use the same phone number we texted you from originally) to setup a new account.
Step 6: Within your new app (after sign-up), you will need to enter your Credit/Debit Card information & make sure the Wash Package for each vehicle is the package that you wish to continue with. In addition, please pay close attention to pricing as this may differ slightly than your previous membership level. We have extended your membership expiration date (at no additional charge) until November 5, 2024 (for the Five Forks location). This ensures no one is being double-billed for the same period of time already paid for.
Step 7: When you are ready to wash, just pull up to the paystation, open your App on your phone, and scan the QR Code from within the App. This will activate the wash, prompting you to pull in to the wash bay! If you are unable to pull up your app, you can use the six digit wash code texted to your phone number by selecting the "I Have a Wash Code" button on the paystation screen.
You MUST register the account (with debit/credit card information) within the new app before November 5th (for the Five Forks location). Failure to do so will result in your membership ending on November 4th.
